I have a question, I am currently breastfeeding my 6 month old, it is said that when you are breastfeeding you burn an extra 500 calories a day, should I take that into consideration when figuring out how many calories I should be taking in? Im on day 15 of p90x btw. Thanks

so long as you are running a calorie deficit…you should be okay. You wont lose fat AS FAST as you would with a 50/30/20, but you can still get great results!

Hello! Thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I hear lots of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (search on google), but I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you considered Kinovelax Diet Plan? I’ve heard many great things about it and my buddy lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

Hello! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I notice many people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (google it), but I’m not sure if it is good. Have you tried Kinovelax Diet Plan? I’ve heard many unbelivable things about it and my cousin lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

Thanks man, that helped a lot. I started today and I was STUFFED. It’s the protein. I had to get 287.5 g. I barely finished my lunch and could only stomach a protein bar for a snack and a protein shake for supper after my workout. I tried to get to 2300 calories (I’m 6’0, 161) but fell short by 175 – ten grams shy each of my required P,F, and C. Whey helps, but I can’t imagine eating that much protein every day. Even 40% seems tough. I’m trying to figure out how to make you my coach too…

Okay thanks :) And another question. I’ve calculated my Intake to be 3581 cal. Does that mean i have to eat 3581 cals a day or can i go with the 1900 cals/day plan? i might bumb it up to 2000/day. But my question was – Do i have to eat 3851 a day or is it okay for me to go with 2000?? I’m a bit confused ;) Im starting my p90x on Jan 1st 2013 so if you can reply back as soon as you see this it would help i alot i hope :)

i weigh 186lbs with a 30%bf i wanted to use this method to drop down to 135lbs and was wondering if its safe to starting eating as if i was already 135lbs 2,220 calories. (135 x10=1350×20%=270) 1350+270+600=2220
